Our Cancellation Policy
At The Forgiveness Link, we value your time as well as ours. Thus we request each new client to provide us with credit card information as part of our cancellation policy. Your card is stored securely and will not be charged unless the terms of this policy are not met.
Please read over the following carefully.
Rescheduling Requests: You may reschedule your appointment with us anytime prior to 24 hours of your scheduled time. Any requests that are received in less than 24 hours of your scheduled time may be subject to a fee up to the full amount of the appointment. We do understand that life happens and will accommodate your needs on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Requests: You may cancel your appointment with us at anytime prior to 24 hours of your scheduled time. If you request to cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of your session. We recommend rescheduling before cancelling.
New Client Intake Forms: If you are a new client, we request that you complete the new client intake forms within 24 hours prior to your first appointment. If forms are not completed before your scheduled time it will result in a shorter session.
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We use a highly secured HIPPA compliant source for collecting client information to conduct our services.
